(1)
The Motor Vehicles (Tests) Regulations 1981f1 shall be further amended as follows. (2) In Schedule 2–
(a)
in paragraph 3, for “3, 4, 5” there shall be substituted “2, 3, 4”.
(b)
in paragraph 4(a), for the words “paragraphs 1 and 2” there shall be substituted the words “paragraphs 1, 2 and 3”;
(c)
in the table in paragraph 4(b), after item 20 there shall be inserted the following item–
“
20A 25 Tyre Load and Speed Ratings ”;
(d)
in the table in paragraph 5(b), item 30 shall be omitted; and
(e)
in paragraph 6, for “30” there shall be substituted “20A” and for “paragraphs 1 to 5” there shall be substituted “paragraphs 1 to 4”.
