Regulation 7A Application for designationF1

(1)

An application by a council for designation for the purposes of sections 45 and 46 of the 1988 Act shall be made on a form supplied or approved by the Secretary of State, and shall be signed by the proper officer.

(2)

The application shall be sent to the Secretary of State at the office of F2DVSA for the area which includes that of the council by which the application is made.
