# The Motor Vehicles (Third Party Risks) (Amendment) Regulations 1974, Regulation 2


Regulation 7 of the Motor Vehicles (Third Party Risks) Regulations 1972 (production of evidence that a motor vehicle is not driven in contravention of insurance requirements), as amended, shall have effect as if in paragraph (4), for the words “in the territory of a member state of the Communities, other than the United Kingdom and Gibraltar,” there were substituted the words “in the territory other than the United Kingdom and Gibraltar of a member State of the Communities or of Austria, Finland, Norway, Sweden, or Switzerland,”.
