# The Motor Vehicles (Third Party Risks) (Amendment) Regulations 1981, Note: Explanatory note


These Regulations amend the Motor Vehicles (Third Party Risks) Regulations 1972 so as to allow a certificate of insurance or security to be printed with a background pattern which does not materially affect the legibility of the certificate.
