  "text": "Road Traffic\nMade 30th March 2010\nLaid before Parliament 1st April 2010\nComing into force 30th April 2010\nThe Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of powers conferred by section 160 of the Road Traffic Act 1988, makes the following regulations.\nThe Secretary of State for Transport has, in accordance with section 195(2) of that Act, consulted with such representative organisations as he thinks fit.",
