# The Motor Vehicles (Third Party Risks) Regulations 1972, Regulation 8


Any certificate issued in accordance with paragraph (2) or (3) of the preceding Regulation shall be destroyed by the owner of the vehicle to which it relates before the motor vehicle is sold or otherwise disposed of.
