# The Motor Vehicles (Third Party Risks) Regulations 1972, Paragraph 1


Every certificate shall be printed and completed in black on white paper or similar material. This provision shall not apply to any reproduction of a seal or monogram or similar device referred to in paragraph 2 of this Part of this Schedule.
