  "text": "These Regulations further amend the Motor Vehicles (Type Approval) (Great Britain) Regulations 1984 by exempting from the application of those Regulations a motor vehicle which is first registered under the Vehicles (Excise) Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 on or after 2nd December 1985 or a motor vehicle in respect of which there exists a certificate issued in accordance with the provisions of Article 31A of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981.",
