# The Motor Vehicles (Type Approval) Regulations 1980, Regulation 15: Provision of testing stations

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The Minister may provide and maintain stations where examinations of vehicles to which these Regulations apply and the components of such vehicles may be carried out for the purposes of these Regulations and may provide and maintain the apparatus for carrying out such examinations.
