# The Motorcycles (Type-Approval) Regulations 2018, Regulation 13: Provision of testing stations


The approval authority may provide and maintain stations where examinations of relevant products may be carried out for the purposes of these Regulations or the Motorcycles Regulation and may provide and maintain apparatus for carrying out such examinations.
