  "text": "The Secretary of State is the market surveillance authority for the purposes of—\n(a) these Regulations and the Motorcycles Regulation; and\n(b) where applied by the Motorcycles Regulation or otherwise applicable to relevant products, Regulation (EC) No 765/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council setting out the requirements for accreditation and market surveillance relating to the marketing of products and repealing Regulation (EEC) No 339/93 .",
