# The Motorways Traffic (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1996, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Motorways Traffic (Scotland) Regulations 1995


The 1995 Regulations shall be amended as follows:–
(a) at the end of regulation 3 (application) there shall be inserted “, except those special roads described in the Schedule to these Regulations”;
(b) at the end of the 1995 Regulations there shall be inserted the following:–
“SCHEDULE
SPECIAL ROADS EXCEPTED FROM THE APPLICATION OF THESE REGULATIONS
Regulation 3
1 The special road authorised to be provided by the Edinburgh-Berwick upon Tweed Trunk Road (A1) Old Craighall Roundabout to East of Haddington Special Road Scheme 1994.
2 The special road authorised to be provided by the Edinburgh-Berwick upon Tweed Trunk Road (A1) Old Craighall Roundabout to East of Haddington Special Road Scheme (No.2) 1994.”.
