# The Motorways Traffic (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2004, Regulation 2: Interpretation


In these Regulations–
“the 1995 Regulations” means the Motorways Traffic (Scotland) Regulations 1995 and ;
“the special road” means the special road authorised to be provided by the A1 Trunk Road (East of Haddington to Dunbar) Special Road Scheme 2000.
