# Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Act 2023, Section 103: Proceedings involving the accuracy of the statutory pledges record

The Keeper is entitled to appear and be heard in any civil proceedings, whether before a court or tribunal, in which—
(a) the accuracy of the statutory pledges record, or
(b) what is needed to correct an inaccuracy in the record,
is put in question.
