# Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Act 2023, Section 85: Order in which applications are to be dealt with

The Keeper must deal with—
(a) applications for registration of a statutory pledge under section 86, and
(b) applications for registration of an amendment to a statutory pledge under section 88,
in the order in which they are received.
