Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Multiplex Licence (Broadcasting of Programmes in Gaelic) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 20th November 1996.

In this Order “the Act” means the Broadcasting Act 1996.
