  "text": "Nothing in this Act shall prejudicially affect Her Majesty’s royal prerogative; and the enabling provisions of this Act shall be deemed to be in addition to, and not in derogation of, the powers exerciseable by Her Majesty by virtue of her royal prerogative.",
