# The Mutilations (Permitted Procedures) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Regulation 3


In regulation 3 (exceptions to the prohibition on mutilations) for sub-paragraphs (c) and (d) substitute—
“(c) in hygienic conditions;
(d) in accordance with good practice; and
(e) in accordance with regulation 5, where applicable.”.
