Section XXXI Proviso as to Allowance of Warrants to take off Respits.

And be it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That no Warrant to take off X1 Respits from any Muster Rolls shall be allowed by any Paymaster during the Continuance of this Act unless the same be countersigned by the Lords Commissioners of His Majesties Treasury or Lord High Treasurer of England for the Time being.
