# Mutiny (No. 2) Act 1688, Section IV: Field Officers to be tried only by Field Officers.


Court may examine on Oath.
Provided alwayes That noe Field Officer be Tryed by other then Field Officers and that such Court Martiallshall have Power and Authoritie to Administer an Oath to any Witnesse in order to the Examination or Tryall ofthe Offences aforesaid.
