Section III Officer of Regiment belonging to the President of a Court Martial not to sit on Trial.
Provided always and bee it further enacted That noe Officer of the Regiment belonging to the President of a General Court Marshal shall sitt X1and vote in any tryal to bee had by virtue of this Act or in giveing any Judgement, thereupon.
