  "text": "(1) Regulation 3 of the 1998 Regulations (transfer statements) applies in relation to a relevant transfer with the following modification.\n(2) After paragraph (1) insert—\n“(1A) Any such transfer statement shall also give particulars of the matters specified in Part 5 of Schedule 1 to these Regulations.”.",
