The Nagoya Protocol (Compliance) Regulations 2015f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2(1), in the definition of “the EU Regulation”, after “Union” insert “as it applies in the United Kingdom”.

In regulation 4, omit “of the member State”.

Omit regulation 6(a).
