# The Nagoya Protocol (Compliance) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Nagoya Protocol (Compliance) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 11th October 2015.
