# The National Assembly for Wales (Disqualification) Order 2003, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order designates those offices which disqualify the holders of such offices from being members of the National Assembly for Wales. The offices designated are described in the Schedule to the Order.
The Order revokes the previous Order made in 1999.
