  "heading": "Appointment of members of the Board",
  "text": "(1) The Chair and the other members of the Board—\n(a) are to be appointed by the Senedd Commission, and\n(b) are to hold office for a fixed term of five years from the date of their respective appointments.\n(2) No person may be appointed to be a member of the Board if that person has already been appointed to be a member of the Board on two occasions.\n(3) Schedule 2 makes further provision about the appointment of members of the Board.",
