# National Debt Reduction Act 1823, Section 11: In lieu of said accounts, commissioners shall prepare an account conformable to this Act.


The said commissioners shall cause an account to be prepared, containing a statement of all sums received and applied by them towards the reduction of the national debt, in every year ending on the fifth day of January in each year.
