  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese regulations prescribe the circumstances in which a member of the National Disability Council established by section 50 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 may be removed from office by the Secretary of State (regulation 2). They also make provision for the expenses incurred by the Council to be paid by the Secretary of State with the approval of the Treasury (regulation 3).\nThese Regulations do not impose any costs on business.",
