  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order grants development consent to National Grid Electricity Transmission plc (“National Grid”) for authorised works to the national electricity transmission network between Bramford Substation in Suffolk and Twinstead Tee in Essex. The proposed development is required to reinforce the existing electricity transmission network in East Anglia, and to carry out all associated works.\nIn order to accommodate these works, this Order also grants development consent to UK Power Networks Holdings Limited and/or its affiliate, Eastern Power Networks plc (“UKPN”), in addition to National Grid, for the reconfiguration of the local electricity distribution network.\nThe Order also makes provision in connection with the maintenance of the authorised development.\nThe Order allows National Grid to acquire compulsorily or by agreement, land and rights in land and to use land for this purpose and for UKPN to acquire compulsorily or by agreement, land and rights in land and to use the land in connection with the reconfiguration of the local electricity distribution network.\nA copy of the plans and Book of Reference referred to in this Order and certified in accordance with article 56 of this Order may be inspected free of charge during working hours at the offices of National Grid Electricity Transmission plc, 1-3 Strand, London, WC2N 5EH.",
