  "text": "(1) Subject to the provisions of this Order and to the Requirements—\n(a) National Grid is granted development consent for the authorised development; and\n(b) WPD is granted development consent for the WPD Works.\n(2) The authorised development must be constructed and installed in the lines and situations shown on the Works Plans listed in Schedule 2 and in accordance with the levels shown on the sections, subject to article 5 (limits of deviation) and to the Requirements in Schedule 3 (Requirements).\n(3) Schedule 3 has effect.",
