  "text": "(1) National Grid must, as soon as practicable after the making of this Order, submit to the Secretary of State copies of—\n(a) the access and rights of way plans;\n(b) the Book of Reference;\n(c) the CEMP;\n(d) the design drawings;\n(e) the Land Plans;\n(f) the Landscape Drawings;\n(g) the Public Rights of Navigation Plan;\n(h) the Traffic Regulation Plans;\n(i) the trees and hedges to be removed or affected plans; ...\n(j) the Works Plans;...\n(k) the other plans and drawings in Part 10 of Schedule 2; and\n(l) Special Category Land and Crown Land Plans,\nfor certification that they are true copies of the documents referred to in this Order.\n(2) A plan or document so certified is admissible in any proceedings as evidence of the contents of the document of which it is a copy.",
