  "text": "(1) There shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament any increase attributable to the passing of this Act in any grants or sums payable under any other enactment out of moneys so provided.\n(2) All sums received by the Minister or Secretary of State under this Act shall be paid into the Exchequer.",
