# National Heritage Act 1980, Paragraph 5

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) All administrative and other expenses incurred by the Trustees in discharging their functions may be defrayed out of the Fund.
(2) There may be paid out of the Fund to a trustee such allowances as the Trustees think fit.
