  "heading": "Short title, interpretation, repeals and extent.",
  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the National Heritage Act 1980.\n(2) In this Act—\n“financial year” means the twelve months ending with 31st March;\n. . .\n. . .\n(3) . . .\n(4) References in this Act to the making of a grant or loan or the transfer or conveyance of any property to any institution or body include references to the making of a grant or loan or the transfer or conveyance of property to trustees for that institution or body.\n(5) The enactments mentioned in Schedule 2 to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.\n(6) This Act extends to Northern Ireland.",
