# National Heritage Act 1983, Paragraph 33


In section 7(1) of the 1979 Act (compensation payable by Secretary of State for refusal of scheduled monument consent etc.) after “Secretary of State" there shall be inserted “ or (where the monument in question is situated in England) the Commission ”.
