NATIONAL HERITAGE
Made 16th February 1998
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred by section 4(2) of the National Heritage Act 1997, hereby makes the following Order:

## 1 

This Order may be cited as the National Heritage Act 1997 (Commencement) Order 1998.

## 2 

The National Heritage Act 1997 shall come into force on 4 March 1998.
