  "text": "In section 33 of the National Heritage Act 1983 (c. 47) (Commission’s general functions), in subsection (2), after paragraph (e), inserted by section 4 of this Act, insert—\n“(f) may defray or contribute to the cost of any activity undertaken by another person if the activity—\n(i) relates to ancient monuments or historic buildings, and\n(ii) is of a kind which the Commission may itself undertake.”",
