  "text": "(1) The enactments mentioned in Schedule 5 to this Measure shall have effect subject to the amendments specified in that Schedule.\n(2) In the Church Commissioners Measure 1947 the following provisions are hereby repealed—\nin section 10, subsections (2) and (3);\nin section 13, subsection (1);\nsection 14;\nSchedule II.\n(3) In the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 1995 section 6 is hereby repealed.",
