  "text": "(1) The National Lottery (Licence Fees) Order 2001 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In article 3(1) for the words “paragraph (2)” substitute “the following provisions of this article”.\n(3) At the beginning of article 3(2) insert “Subject to paragraph (3)”.\n(4) After article 3(2) insert the following new paragraphs—\n“(3) Where a licence granted under section 6 of that Act authorises the promotion by the licensee of a lottery pursuant to an agreement, entered into between the licensee and the promoters of other lotteries in other countries of the European Union, under which lotteries falling within the agreement share a common game structure and prizes, the fee shall be £150,000.\n(4) In the case of a licence that—\n(a) takes effect on the expiry of a licence mentioned in paragraphs (2) or (3) that was held by the same licensee, and\n(b) is in substantially the same terms as the licence mentioned in paragraphs (2) or (3), the fee shall be £20,000.”.",
