  "text": "The fee to be paid by the licensee to the National Lottery Commission on the granting of a licence under section 5 of the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 (licensing of a body to run the National Lottery) shall be—\n(a) in the case of a licence specified to have effect (subject to being revoked or suspended) for a period not exceeding 6 months, £11,000; and\n(b) in any other case, £70,000.",
