  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Lottery (Revocation and Amendment) Regulations 2021.\n(2) Save as provided in paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on 30th September 2021.\n(3) Regulation 3 comes into force on 1st October 2021.",
