  "text": "Terms And Conditions Of Employment\nMade 17th March 2021\nComing into force 1st April 2021\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(3), 2(1), (2)(d) and (5), 3(2)(b), 9(b) and 51(1) of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998, makes the following Regulations.\nA draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 51(5) of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998 and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
