TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Coming into force 1st April 2026

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(3), 2(1), (2)(d) and (5), 3(2)(b) and 51(1)(a) of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998 (“the 1998 Act”)f1.
