# The National Minimum Wage Regulations 1999 (Amendment) Regulations 2000, Regulation 8: Amendments to the principal regulations


In the definition of “the basic hours” in paragraph (2) of regulation 22 (determining the hours of salaried hours work where the basic hours have been exceeded), for “regulation 22” substitute “regulation 21”.
