# The National Minimum Wage Regulations 1999 (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Minimum Wage Regulations 1999 (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st October 2002.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal regulations” means the National Minimum Wage Regulations 1999.
