  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of an error in S.I. 1996/1243 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nCOUNTRYSIDE\nENGLAND\nMade 7th October 1996\nLaid before Parliament 16th October 1996\nComing into force 6th November 1996\nThe Secretary of State for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 63(1) and (2) and 75 of the Environment Act 1995, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:",
