  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations correct an error in paragraph 10 of Schedule 7 to the National Park Authorities (England) Order 1996. The substituted sub-paragraph (2) provides for the application of provisions of the Local Authorities (Standing Orders) Regulations 1993 on 1st April 1997 (at the end of the transitional period following the establishment of National Park authorities in England on 1st October 1996), rather than, as the original sub-paragraph provided, the non-application of those provisions. (The 1993 Regulations are applied to National Park authorities as mentioned in paragraph 5 of Schedule 5 to the 1996 Order.",
