Coming into force 1st April 1996
The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 63(1) and (2) and 75(3), (4) and (7) of the Environment Act 1995, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
