  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the National Park Authorities (Wales) Order 1995 (S.I. 1995/2803).\nArticle 3 of this Order amends Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 2 to that Order so that the membership of the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority decreases from 24 to 18. The total number of members consists of 12 local authority members and 6 members appointed by the Welsh Ministers.\nThe Welsh Ministers’ Code of Practice on the carrying out of regulatory impact assessments was considered in relation to this Order. As a result, it was not considered necessary to carry out a regulatory impact assessment as to the likely costs and benefits of complying with this Order.",
