# The National Park Authorities (Wales) Order 1995, Article 13: Reports and returns


A National Park authority shall, if so requested by the Secretary of State, forthwith send or give to the Natural Resources Body for Wales and the council for every principal area the whole or any part of which is within the National Park for which that National Park authority is established a copy of any report return or information which that authority is required to send or give to the Secretary of State in accordance with section 230 of the 1972 Act (reports and returns) .
